(5/5) Most life-changing courses and subscriptions: Breathwork by Revelation Breathwork

In this Most life-changing courses and subscriptions series I’m sharing with you the five things that have had a MASSIVE impact on my life. I’m writing about them chronologically, because if you read through it all, you will see how they also connect beautifully together as a whole. I’m not an affiliate for any of these programs, just a seriously happy & satisfied user!

Time to wrap up this series with the final cherry on the top: Revelation Breathwork.

Now while I’m talking about Revelation Breathwork, we do have to throw it back a bit to when I first encountered breathwork in the Manifestation Babe Academy I wrote about earlier in this 5-part series.

I still vividly remember my very first time and just how different this was from anything I ever experienced in my entire life. There are no adequate words to truly encompass this deep shift I entered as I simply started to breathe – and kept on breathing, surrendering fully to the moment while also being completely present in the process.

There was no control. No rational mind kicking in. It was something almost primal…and yet unusually divine.

It felt like a clearing. Like a connection greater than me that I had been missing in my life.

I practiced breathwork throughout MBA (we had live session during the program) and continued to do the replays long after I graduated. The true magic, however, happened in October 2024.

It was then that I realized that Revelation Breathwork (with the one and only Jason Amoroso at that!) offered live online classes!

I signed up without second thought, attended my first live class with Jason – and that was it! Ever since that first Friday Release & Receive session I have been attending live classes weekly…and I can honestly say that I can no longer imagine my life without breathwork in it.

But before we dive into that, let’s talk a little bit more about Revelation Breathwork specifically.

One thing about Jason is that he has the ability to hold space like no other person I have ever encountered. So very often you hear people talking about holding space, but I have to admit, that until this point, I never had the opportunity to experience just what that truly means.

It isn’t something that can be easily put into words, but it most definitely is something that is felt in every atom of your body.

Something that allows you to relax.

That lets you know on the deepest level that you are within a safe container where you can allow the shifts and changes to happen.

Besides, the entire Revelation Breathwork community feels like found family.

There is nothing more beautiful than seeing familiar faces pop up on our Zoom classes. So many lovely souls coming together…growing together. To me, that is what true community is all about.

At this point, my go to schedule is attending three live classes per week (unless there are any changes in the times/dates since I am, after all, based in Central Europe, which means I can’t do all classes in person because of the time difference).

If I can’t make it for any reson (like travel or events overlapping), I always do replays – and I also do replays of any breathwork classes or series that I am unable to attend live but feel called to do.

Yes, there is definitely a whole lot of breathwork present in my life and I am absolutely here for it!

So…now that I’ve done all this talking, what actually is breathwork?

Breathwork is a three-part active breath (all done through the mouth), where you take an inhale into the belly, a chest breath on top, then exhale out the mouth before doing it all over again.

In this particular modality, the breath is paired with music, as well as a big release (which can be a primal scream, shout, yell…) – a moment where you can allow whatever has to come out to do so.

And let me tell you, that is some potent shit right there.

I won’t go deeper into the mechanics of the breath (you can absolutely educate yourself further on the Revelation Breathwork website because I want to leave that part to the actual facilitators). Instead, let’s explore what breathwork means to me and how it shaped (and continues to shape) my life.

Breathwork is my go-to modality for connecting with myself. Yet it’s also so much more than that.

Whatever is bothering me, I bring it into breathwork to clear.

Whatever I desire clarity on, I breathe through the layers that are obscuring what it is I truly need to see and hear until I get to the truth.

Whenever I feel too caught up in the world and not present enough in the moment, breathwork is there to bring me back home.

And that truly is what breathwork feels like to me.

Like coming home.

To myself.

To the universe.

To the gift of life and the gift of breath.

I also have one of my vintage iPhones dedicated to breathwork and taking notes of any messages that come through during the sessions. At first, I simply wanted a place to hold the wisdom so that I could refer back to it, but over the past few months, I turned this practice into a beautiful routine where, the following day after a session, I transfer the notes to my iPad and then journal on the messages deeper.

Because what I discovered is that we so often ask for guidance…and then not really do much with it.

Maybe we implement one thing. Maybe.

I truly wanted to honor my guidance better.

If the Universe is willing to provide me with so much, it would be downright rude to treat it as chatter I hear and then mostly forget.

Especially when my intention is to live a soul-led live.

Not one constructed from the ego, but one based on higher guidance. Intuition. My own personal dharma.

Through this post-breathwork journaling ritual (mind you, I’m still not perfect by any means and don’t always honor this…yet) I get to live more fully in alignment and move through my days with guidance rather than ego-based overthinking.

Now one thing I do recommend from personal experience is that if you have been living in stress for a long time, practice somatics first before picking up breathwork.

For me, there is a staggering difference in how much deeper breathwork impacts me now that I’ve done my nervous system healing (which, if you’ve been following this series of articles, you know happened after MBA).

Breathwork is efficient either way, but once your nervous system feels balanced and safe enough, it allows you to go deeper.

Okay, ready for the best thing?

Revelation Breathwork offers a 14 day free trial!

Even if you are unsure if this is for you, you can literally just try.

It takes nothing more than you taking a little bit of time and breathing.

I mean, can you really come up with an excuse not to at this point?

And the free trial really is no strings attached. You sign up, try whatever classes call to you, and if you don’t think it’s for you, you can simply cancel the subscription.

If, on the other hand, you find yourself like me and fall in love with the practice, then you simply get charged after 14 days and that’s it.

And honestly, the monthly subscription is just $39 per month.

With all the things you receive, you’d assume there would be another zero at the end of that number, but no. All these amazing live classes, an entire library of recordings, multiple breathwork facilitators, and also classes that aren’t just breathwork…it’s all available for just thirty-nine dollars.

That right there still blows my mind, to be entirely honest. And it also makes me so grateful – grateful for Jason, for this wonderful community, and for the opportunity to be part of these live classes even though I am on the other side of the world.

So…are you ready to give it a try?

You can sign up for the free trial here! And who knows, we just might see each other in class!
