7 Day Laid-Back Evening Yin Yoga with Somatics Challenge

If you’re looking for an easy and sweet evening routine that takes no more than 20-30 minutes, yet has a very potent effect on your body and nervous system, I put together a lovely challenge to help you do just that!

In this 7 Day Laid-Back Evening Yin Yoga with Somatics Challenge we’re combining the grounding and nurturing elements of Yin with somatic movements designed to release stress and tension from your body.

This is an all levels practice and there are absolutely no props required – all you need is yourself and your mat.
