When you think you don’t see change, keep going.
When you think you’ve had enough, keep going.
You are undoing decades of conditioning. Decades of patterns.
Keep going.
Keep visualizing, keep journaling, keep rewriting your narratives, keep meditating, keep integrating your shadow, keep regulating your nervous system, keep repeating affirmations, keep shifting beliefs, keep creating the change.
Keep. Going.
Because there will come a time when you will go “Oh… It worked.”
